No, unless you are buying within North Carolina. 

Do you offer warranty on your products?

Yes, we offer a manufactures warranty on all our products.  Please view the warranty information for each product in the products description.

What is your return policy?

We offer our customers 100% satisfaction, if you are dissatisfied with ANY of our products, you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days, less shipping costs and restocking fees. In the event that you need to return a product, please contact us for return instructions. Returns on items will be accepted within 30 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight charges. If you wish to return an item that is not a warranty, please contact us immediately at customerservice@campingtentsstore.com with your request. Please include:

Reason for requesting a return
We will respond to your return request within 3 business days. You will be issued an RMA # and instructions on returning your item. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Items received without an RMA number will not be accepted.  All returned products must be in new unused condition and in the original packaging, there will be no exceptions.
