Return Policy

We offer our customers 100% satisfaction, if you are dissatisfied with ANY of our products, you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days of receiving less shipping costs and restocking fees. In the event that you need to return a product, please contact us for return instructions. Returns on items will be accepted within 30 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight charges. If you wish to return an item that is not a warranty, please contact us immediately at customerservice@campingtentsstore.com with your request.

Reason for requesting a return

We will respond to your return request within 3 business days. You will be issued an RMA # and instructions on returning your item. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Items received without an RMA number will not be accepted. All returned products must be in new unused condition and in the original packaging, there will be no exceptions.

Backorder Policy

If a delay or back order occurs you will be notified within 1-2 business days via e-mail. Occasionally a back order is needed and can take as much as 3-4 weeks to fulfill. You may contact us to verify shipping estimated time of arrival before ordering if you wish. If your item is back ordered you may choose another item and the difference will be added or credited to your method of payment, or you may request an exchange or full refund if notified 7 days of backorder status notification.

Shipping Policies

Our Products are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground within 3-5 business days of order placement within the United States only. Shipping fees are calculated by price, weight & zip code via UPS or FedEx and and are estimated within your shopping cart upon checkout.

We ship only to the United States.

Damaged Goods Policy

If your product is damaged in shipping, the issue can quickly be resolved by notifying UPS or FedEx.
